Computer freezes while accessing CD-ROM due to Windows needed to be restarted.
Cause:
Windows 95 needed to be restarted.
Solution:
Restart Windows 95, open Windows 'Explorer', and double-click on an executable file on the CD-ROM.
1) Restart Windows 95.
2) Open 'Windows Explorer', and click on 'CD-ROM' in the left-hand side of the Explorer window. (The contents of the CD-ROM are displayed in the right-hand side of the Explorer window.)
3) Double-click on an executable file.
